Andréanne Godin
Over the past fifteen years, Andréanne Godin has carried out numerous research projects in prestigious artist residencies in Canada and abroad. In the summer of 2016, she was the first Quebec artist to be welcomed by the Josef & Anni Albers Foundation in Connecticut (USA). She participated in the Studio et Atelier-Résidence du Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Québec in Basel, Switzerland, in 2017, and then at the Finnish Artists’ Studio Foundation in Espoo, Finland, in 2019. She also took part in a residency at the Vermont Studio Center (USA) in 2018. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally in Belgium, Cuba, the United States, France, and Switzerland. Her recent exhibitions curated by Marie-Eve Charron, Si bleu qu’est notre temps (2021) presented at Axenéo7 and L’endroit où tu existes encore (2022) presented at Oboro, have been critically acclaimed, earning her considerable visibility.
